IT Support Technician
Location
Colombo, Sri Lanka
Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, and networking
- Computer hardware repair and OS installation
- Troubleshoot hardware and company product issues
- Good English communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no experience required
- Willing to work 3 shifts, night shifts, and on-call
- Must have own transportation to the office
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
Requirements
- Experience in Cisco switch configuration
- Experience in FortiGate firewall configuration
- PC hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience in managing and operating OBS live-streaming software
- Willing to work on a three-shift rotation schedule
Working Hours
- 9 hours/day including 1-hour meal break
- 2 days off per week
- 3-shift system
- Training provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary
- Probation: USD 200/month
- Regular Staff: USD 250/month
