We're Hiring a Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications & Experience
NDT / HNDE / HND or degree level with 3 years of experience, or NCT (QS) with building-construction experience, or an equivalent qualification.
What You'll Do
- Check contractors' bills and take measurements
- Review extra work and variation claims
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Assist with the tendering process
- Prepare bar bending schedules
Core Skills
- Excel & general computer literacy
- AutoCAD drawing & measurement
- Independent, self-directed work
Good communication and command of English — comfort corresponding with relevant parties by email is an added advantage.
