SALON MANAGER
Raula is redefining men's grooming in Sri Lanka, premium barbershop experiences built on craft, consistency and confidence. We're growing across Colombo and beyond and we're looking for a Salon Manager who can run a branch the way we run the brand: to a standard, every single day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee daily salon operations, staffing, and floor management
- Manage inventory and stock levels, and coordinate replenishment
- Maintain hygiene levels across the salon at all times
- Uphold service and grooming standards across every chair
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues on the spot
- Support recruitment, training, and performance of barbers and front-desk staff
- Report branch performance and needs to senior management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a salon or similar service-floor team
- Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong people skills, you can lead barbers and handle clients with equal ease
- Sharp eye for detail and standards
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable owning outcomes
