Senior/Executive – Procurement & Office Maintenance

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior/Executive – Procurement & Office Maintenance to manage procurement, office maintenance, administration, inventory, logistics, and travel-related requirements while providing efficient support to management and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, coordinating vendors, preparing documentation, and following up on deliveries.
- Ensure purchases comply with company procedures, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain accurate supplier and vendor contact records.
- Build and coordinate effective relationships with service providers and vendors.
- Office Maintenance & Administration
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, contractors, service providers, and general administrative requirements.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Inventory & Office Supplies
- Maintain inventory and stock records, conduct regular stock checks, prepare reports, and manage replenishment.
- Oversee stationery, sundry items, first-aid supplies, and other office-related purchases.
- Logistics & Operational Support
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, transportation, meetings, and other operational requirements for management and staff.
- Travel & Visa Coordination
- Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, travel documentation, and visa processing for management and employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, Office Maintenance, or a similar role.
- A qualification in Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration, or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Experience in a corporate, professional, or management environment will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier and vendor management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while working effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in travel coordination and visa processing will be an added advantage.
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
