VACANCY – COOK / BARISTA / JUICE MAKER

Is looking for a skilled, creative, and hardworking individual to join our team.
Cook / Barista / Juice Maker
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of western meals, pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery products.
- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with good presentation.
- Prepare coffee and other hot and cold beverages.
- Operate espresso machines and other barista equipment.
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other fruit-based beverages.
- Ensure the quality, freshness, taste, and presentation of all food and beverages.
- Handle and store ingredients properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and beverage preparation areas.
- Minimize wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work effectively as part of the kitchen and hospitality team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hot / cold kitchen, Pastry Cook, Baker, Barista, Juice Maker, or similar position.
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Ability to prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Good presentation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure when required.
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a hotel, guest house, restaurant, bakery, café, or similar establishment will be an added advantage.
