Positions
Executives / Trainee Executives – Digital Marketing & Branding
Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging visual content including social media posts, display ads, banners, posters, and brochures.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final pieces, including reels, shorts, promos, and customer testimonials.
- Format and resize graphics and videos for optimal performance across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute campaign briefs.
- Design dynamic text animations, lower thirds, transitions, and simple explainer animations to boost viewer engagement.
- Ensure all visual assets strictly follow the company's brand guidelines, typography rules, and visual style.
Pre-requisites :
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or a combined hybrid role.
- Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools like Canva.
- Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and take feedback constructively.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both static graphic design and video editing/motion work
