DRAFTSMEN
We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to join our engineering team and support our design and construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and modify technical drawings using CAD software.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist with site coordination when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Internship or fresh graduates may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
ARCHITECT
We are seeking a creative and motivated Architect to contribute to our design and construction projects, bringing innovative and sustainable solutions to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients and contractors throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
- Support project planning, site visits and design modifications when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (in a similar role preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software is an added advantage.
- Good design sense, creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
