System Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, deploy, configure, and administer Windows Active Directory services and related infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and associated network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, network connectivity, and Wi-Fi-related issues.
- Provide prompt and effective support for end-user technical issues and IT service requests.
- Ensure infrastructure security, system reliability, and adherence to IT operational standards.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Higher diploma in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and provide support during emergencies or critical system requirements when necessary.
- Preferred age below 30 years.
Requirements
- Minimum 02 years of hands-on experience in a Systems Administrator.
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in server administration, virtualization, networking, and IT security technologies.
- Ability to independently manage infrastructure-related incidents and operational tasks efficiently.
