BRANCH MANAGER
ISLAND-WIDE BRANCH NETWORK
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, strengthen member relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery while building a high-performing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Drive business growth, member acquisition, and portfolio expansion.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
- Promote KBSL’s financial products and services.
- Ensure high standards of member service and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare management reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the branch’s market presence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or a related sector will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer/member relationship management and financial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
