Front of House (FOH) Manager
Location: One Galle Face (OGF) Mall, Colombo, Sri Lanka
Salary starting from LKR 120,000
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager/Supervisor to lead our floor team. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a passion for exceptional hospitality, taking full ownership of dining room management and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Staff Training & Mentorship: Conduct ongoing training for waitstaff on service etiquette, menu knowledge, upsell techniques, and SOP compliance.
- Supervise floor staff schedules, section assignments, and guest relations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues swiftly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory, table turnover, and coordinate closely with the kitchen team for smooth service execution.
Requirements
- Solid experience in restaurant supervisory or managerial roles within high-end dining or mall establishments.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record in training and mentoring service personnel.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
