Front Office Executive

Role Overview

Serve as the first point of contact for guests by providing a warm welcome, managing front office operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Taurus PMS.
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Remuneration: LKR 60,000 basic + LKR 40,000 service charge (fixed) + meal allowance (LKR 1,000 per day) + accommodation

Housekeeping Attendant

Role Overview

Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms.
  • Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications

  • Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration: LKR 40,000 basic + LKR 40,000 service charge (Fixed) + Meal Allowance (LKR 1,000 per day) + accommodation
