SENIOR CONTENT SPECIALIST - (FULL TIME)

We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel and hospitality industry, offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns and web analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the onsite content process from planning through to delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand content needs and brand requirements.
- Develop highly effective, original, and targeted marketing copy for clients.
- Oversee web content development for client websites, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Write in different voices and styles to match each client's brand value proposition.
- Develop content optimised for Search Engine Optimisation.
- Train and mentor junior writers, guiding their growth and output quality.
- Assist the team lead with project planning, resourcing, and writing requirements.
- Coordinate with part-time writers on work allocation and review.
- Edit and review copy to maintain quality standards across the team.

Requirements
- Excellent writing skills in the English language (ability to translate to Sinhala would be an added advantage)
- Minimum three years of experience in writing print promotional materials, online web content, social media posts, press releases and copy to assist advertising and marketing efforts, etc.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Writing content within set time frames and adhering to monthly deadlines
- Ability to work on-site (the position is not for working remotely)
