MECHANICAL ENGINEER – MEP DESIGN
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM 4 YEARS’ RELEVANT EXPERIENCE — ESSENTIAL
This is an experienced-hire position, not a graduate or trainee vacancy.
THE ROLE
- Design HVAC, plumbing and mechanical building-services systems
- Produce calculations, drawings, specifications and BOQs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and resolve practical issues
- Review shop drawings, technical submissions and contractor proposals
- Support projects from design through implementation
YOU MUST HAVE
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
- 4-5 years of hands-on MEP design / building-services experience
- Proven experience in commercial buildings, hotels or industrial facilities
- Strong HVAC and plumbing design capability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and confidently engage clients and project teams
