EXPENSE CONTROLLER
Asset Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a distinguished CS1 graded and ISO Certified company in Sri Lanka, with a rich legacy in Civil Engineering and a pivotal role in major construction projects across the country.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Expense Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control company and project-related expenses.
- Check and verify expense claims, bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily expenses and payments.
- Monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Identify discrepancies and report unusual or unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare regular expense reports for management.
- Coordinate with accounts, procurement and project teams regarding expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in expense control, accounts, finance or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
