SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Join our team to drive innovative product development, coordinate trials and testing, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs, quality standards, and market requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop new food products and improve existing product lines related to coconut products and dried fruits.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluations to ensure quality, taste, shelf life, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams during product development processes.
- Ensure products comply with export market regulations and food safety standards.
- Prepare product specifications, formulations, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging food trends and customer requirements.
- Support sample development for international buyers and exhibitions.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and product quality enhancement.
- Work closely with machinery and equipment selection, setup, and optimization required for product development and pilot-scale production.
- Conduct microbiological evaluations and contribute to shelf-life optimization and product stability improvement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in food product development or R&D with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of export-oriented food manufacturing processes and food safety standards.
- Understanding of quality/system certifications and ability to implement processes and SOPs to ensure operational controls.
- Strong analytical, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with coconut-based products, dehydrated fruits, or natural food products will be added advantage.
