JOB PROFILE
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls
- Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary and respond to email.
- Maintain positive relationship with the clients and coordinate with branches and other relevant departments.
- Ability to work with social media comment management would be an added advantage.
- Female candidates only.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advance Level
- Excellent communication skill in English (Spoken and Writing)
- Communication skill in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Excellent computer literacy. ( Ms Office )
