Executive – Business Transformation
We are looking for a technically skilled Executive – Business Transformation to support digital transformation through RPA, automation, application development and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA, AI and intelligent automation.
- Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate/PAD, UiPath or similar platforms.
- Develop AI-powered automation, AI agents, chatbots and task-based agents to automate business activities and customer interactions.
- Integrate automation and AI solutions with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, databases, websites and REST APIs.
- Automate daily, weekly and monthly repetitive processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Explore and implement Generative AI, LLMs, document AI, conversational AI and voice-agent use cases.
- Deploy and manage automation/AI solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, with appropriate security and access controls.
- Continuously research, experiment with and implement emerging RPA, AI, Agentic AI and automation technologies to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams and process owners to deliver transformation initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional qualification in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of RPA and Power Automate/PAD, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Python/scripting, SQL, REST APIs and JSON.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents.
- Knowledge/exposure to chatbots, conversational AI, voice agents and intelligent document processing.
- Basic knowledge of Azure/AWS and cloud-based AI/automation services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and business process analysis skills.
- Strong self-learning mindset, with the ability to research, test and adopt emerging AI, RPA and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
