RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is the single franchise for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Sri Lanka with a spread of over 130+ outlets and a human capital of over 3000+ individuals. In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in the look out for passionate individuals to join our team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver operational excellence and achieve business results.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including people management, sales, customer service, inventory, cost control, and administration.
- Conduct regular HR, operational, and financial reviews and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and KPIs.
- Manage outlet operations in line with company SOPs, policies, audit requirements, and international standards for quality, service, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage staffing and manpower planning, including recruitment, training, development, and employee performance management.
Or
- A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the QSR, F&B, or Hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required. Knowledge of Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
