About the Role
As a Travel Consultant Expert, you will be a key part of our team, handling travel inquiries from US clients, understanding their needs, recommending the best travel solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to booking and post-sales support, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with US-based clients and design personalized travel itineraries
- Provide accurate information on destinations, flights, hotels, tours and visas
- Prepare quotations and handle bookings with suppliers
- Guide clients through the booking process and ensure a smooth experience
- Deliver excellent post-sales support and build long-term relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions and destination knowledge
- Share customer feedback to improve our offerings
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in travel consulting, tour operations or a related field (proven sales experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Solution-oriented mindset using modern AI tools
- Good knowledge of global destinations
- Professional, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow with a dynamic team
Working Hours
6:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Sri Lanka Time) — Night shift to support our US clients
