KITCHEN HELPER
Location: Colombo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Wash, sanitise and organise utensils, equipment and food preparation areas.
- Support the kitchen team in receiving, sorting and handling ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen safe and well-organised.
- Assist Chefs with basic food preparation (washing, cleaning, peeling) and kitchen setup.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Interest in learning on the job.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work as rostered.
- Must be able to travel daily from place of residence.
