IT TECHNICIAN
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and security updates.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or relevant professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic to good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in an IT support or technician role will be an added advantage.
