SENIOR MANAGER – IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY

The HDFC Bank is looking for competent, dynamic & result-oriented individuals with a proven track record to fill the following positions.
Job Profile
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure resource administration/security and appropriate use.
- Monitor access to all systems and maintains access profiles on computer network and systems. Track documentation of access authorizations to all resources.
- Practice asset management, including maintenance of infrastructure component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.
- Ensure all critical infrastructure components are 24x7 operational.
- Establish service level agreements with all vendors and suppliers, and monitor adherence to those standards.
- Negotiate all service and equipment contract to obtain best product/service with optimal costing.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure refresh cycles to ensure the timely replacement and upgrade of aging or obsolete equipment.
- Participate and support DR/BCP/security/performance assessment related activities, and make corrective activities for identified issues/concerns.
- Work on determining acceptable risk levels for the enterprise and ensuring the IT environments are adequately protected from potential risks and threats.
- Ensure systems are acceptably secure from internal and external threats.
Candidate prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information security, or a related field.
- Having industry certifications in modern IT infrastructure and security is a plus. Having ISO 27001 certification, Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM is a plus.
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in managerial level.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems, with HA/load balancing.
- Experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of infrastructure services, contract evaluation, service level agreement accomplishments, and best use of infrastructure for evolving needs.
- Experience in managing a team of IT professionals and the ability to motivate and inspire them to achieve their goals.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic IT infrastructure plans that support business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge on CBSL and other regulatory compliance and security requirements.
Age: should be between 35 years to 50 years as at the closing date of applications.
