Support the development and enhancement of credit card underwriting policies, scorecards, credit models, and risk parameters.
Manage credit risk across the card lifecycle, including acquisition, limit management, and behaviour-based account strategies.
Support digital application journeys and system-based credit decisioning.
Review portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal credit policies.

Degree in Banking, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card underwriting with exposure to credit card lifecycle management, credit policy implementation, and portfolio risk management.
Exposure to scorecards, credit models, digital application journeys, and system-based credit decisioning would be an added advantage.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
