HOUSE KEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT
FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
Srilax consists of 5 bedrooms and located above Cafe Kumbuk. We are looking for a full time or part time house keeping and room attendant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (corridors, stairways).
- Room Maintenance: Change bed linens, replace towels, make beds, vacuum, dust furniture, mop floors, and clean mirrors/windows.
- Restocking: Replenish bathroom toiletries, bedroom amenities. Organize and restock housekeeping cart at the start and end of shift.
- Guest Service: Greet guests, respond to requests (e.g., extra pillows) promptly, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Safety & Security: Follow cleaning chemical safety procedures, report maintenance issues/repairs, and respect guest privacy and security.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods, as the job involves cleaning.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the room meets specific brand standards.
- Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years) as a housekeeping room attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Efficiency: Ability to complete assigned rooms within a set timeframe.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Good English speaking ability: able to speak with customers comfortably and serve with a smile.
Common Working Conditions
- Work is done in shifts, often including weekends and holidays.
- High-paced environment requiring quick cleaning and turnover of rooms.
