We are looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated Commis Chefs (Level I, II & III) to join our professional kitchen. If you have a passion for cooking and want to grow your career in the hospitality industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place before service.
- Follow kitchen procedures and work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes.
Requirements:
- Relevant culinary qualification or hotel school certification is an advantage.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (based on the level applied for).
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
