TECHNICAL OFFICER
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Officer to join our team. If you have hands-on technical expertise and a passion for maintaining critical infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Data Center Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ensure the smooth operation of data center infrastructure.
- PAC & HVAC Systems
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) and HVAC systems.
- Electrical Systems
- Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic electrical repairs.
- UPS Systems
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance of UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power availability.
- ELV & Security Systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, fire alarm/fire protection, and related security systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Building Services or a relevant NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification.
- Strong practical and hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
