IT Support Technician
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computers and network devices.
- Assist with CCTV installations and maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote customer support.
- Perform preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking or related field.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in IT support or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
