Business Center Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Call Handling & Patient Coordination
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services and patient inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately as per clinical protocols.
- Provide clear information on procedures, preparation instructions, pricing, and insurance coverage.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient interactions in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Business Target & Revenue Coverage
- Achieve assigned monthly and daily booking/revenue targets for relevant services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments with high conversion rates.
- Promote hospital packages, add-on services, and preventive health checkups.
- Reduce appointment leakage by proactive follow-ups, reminders, and callback management.
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives aligned with hospital business goals.
Candidate Profile
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification (preferably in a related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Sinhala and preferably Tamil)
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (an added advantage)
- Ability to work towards targets and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call centre, healthcare or customer service role will be an advantage
