EY Sri Lanka is seeking a high-performing Manager to join our Core Audit Insurance Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional to work with leading insurance sector clients, manage complex engagements, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Requirements
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) or an equivalent professional accounting body
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed audit firm, with significant exposure to insurance sector clients
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements applicable to the insurance industry
- Proven experience in managing audit engagements, leading teams, and developing strong client relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
