Manager - Engineering
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and savvy engineering professional to be part of our Engineering team. Our portfolio is expanding rapidly, and we intend to develop over 30MW Renewable Energy and BESS projects both locally and overseas in the next 3-years. These will comprise utility-scale BESS, Solar PV and hydropower assets. The selected candidate will be engaged in: (1) design optimization, (2) financial optimization, (3) project development; and (4) support trouble shooting of operational power plants.
The desired candidate will have;
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering form a reputed University preferably with a class
- Minimum 4-5 years post qualifying work experience
- Knowledge on SCADA systems and fully automated power plant operational systems
- Knowledge on simulation software, solar PV systems and design support systems
- Appetite to learn new developments in renewable energy and in BESS
- Good interpersonal, Communication and People management skills
- Self motivation
- Experience in renewable energy industry will be an advantage
