HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute recruitment strategy for all the vacancies in the organization.
- Welcome all new recruits to the organization and conduct induction/on boarding program liaising with the training manager
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Liaise with all the head of departments and the training manager in order to fulfill the training needs of the employees
- Setting and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to all employees
- Coordinate with all the HoD's to complete the performance appraisals on time.
- Implement the strategies formulated in order to retain the best talents in the organization.
- Formulating, implementing and updating all the HR policies and procedures.
- Handling grievances and conducting domestic inquiries Attending Labor Tribunals when required
- Maintains employee benefits and health and safety programs
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree & MBA in a reputed institute or university.
- Knowledge of legal compliance with applicable Sri Lankan labour and human resource law requirements.
- 10-15 years' experience in the similar capacity in a medium or large-scale organization
- Good computer and database skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
