WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Prior experience is an advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Accommodation Management – Arrange and manage accommodation for employees, including room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining updated accommodation records.
- Employee Support & Coordination – Handle employees' accommodation-related concerns, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Vendor & Facility Coordination – Liaise with landlords, property owners, maintenance teams, and service providers regarding rent, utilities, repairs, and other accommodation requirements.
