Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is one of the leading ISO:22000:2018 certified organizations, specialized in manufacturing and marketing of cookies, baby rusks, wafers, swiss rolls, cakes & bakery products.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual to fill the following position with immediate effect.
Positions Available: MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Conducting Audits.
- Coordinates product testing processes & Participates in product testing.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Maintains compliance with local, and international, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
- To identify areas for process optimization and quality enhancement.
- Establish guidelines for export products according to relevant country regulations.
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- BSc. Degree in food science or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University or Institute.
- Possess 5+ years’ experience in handling ISO 22000:2018,14001:2015, Halal, HACCP & SLS Certification process.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- A robust personality, leadership qualities and hands on experience in food manufacturing/Engineering.
- Hands on experience in managing capacity enhancement projects.
- A passion for continual improvement and operational excellence.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
