THE ORGANIZATION
Java Lounge (Pvt) Ltd is the most famous coffee house in Sri Lanka and well known for emphasizing on serving quality coffee all the time. We currently have 19 branches in and out of Colombo and is growing rapidly.
WORK LOCATION
Colombo Areas (Western Province)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year and above experience in a similar capacity in the coffee industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Ability to handle operations smoothly and achieve sales targets.
- Age below 40.
