01 QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Education:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Preparation of cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Taking-off quantities from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Evaluation of contractor quotations and tender submissions.
- Preparation of interim valuations and variation assessments.
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods and rates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
02 ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN
Education:
- Diploma / Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Draughtsmanship or equivalent qualification.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of architectural drawings based on design requirements.
- Preparation of working drawings, detail drawings and construction drawings.
- Development and revision of plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Coordination of architectural drawings with structural and MEP services.
- Updating drawings according to site conditions and design revisions.
- Maintaining proper drawing standards and project documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / ArchiCAD / Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural construction details.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and develop accurate technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
