Vacancy – Production Supervisor / Manager
Location: Salaka Senkada Group, No. 466, Union Place, Colombo 02
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor / Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Binding, Finishing, Cutting, Laminating, and related production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and production staff
- Plan and monitor production schedules and targets
- Oversee Binding, Cutting, Laminating & Finishing processes
- Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage
- Ensure timely completion of orders
- Identify production issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Production Supervision / Management
- Strong practical experience in Binding, Finishing, Cutting & Laminating
- Experience in Printing, Photo Framing, Digital Printing, Signage or Studio Production is an advantage
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Responsible, proactive and results-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certificate in Production Management or a related field is an advantage
- Candidates with strong practical industry experience are encouraged to apply
