Senior Customer Experience Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver warm, personalised luxury service across ticketing, VIP guests, premium F&B & loyalty programs — with top-tier hygiene, teamwork & service excellence throughout.
YOU BRING
- Secondary education + Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or related field
- 1–2 yrs in customer service, hospitality or retail
- Confident English communication
FLEXIBLE SHIFT REQUIREMENT
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, Mercantile Holidays, Public Holidays, and late-night operations, is mandatory.
