Sri Lanka Energies (Pvt) Ltd (SLE) is a company in the energy sector engaged in the operation of renewable energy projects, as well as the supply of materials to electricity distribution companies through its subsidiaries. It is a fully owned subsidiary of National Transmission Network Service Provider (Pvt) Ltd.
APPLICANTS ARE HEREBY INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED EXTERNAL CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES:
1. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER [ CONTRACT BASIS ]
ROLE SUMMARY & KEY SCOPE
Lead and provide strategic direction for the Company's overall Finance, HR and Administration function; develop and implement strategies aligned with corporate objectives and provide strategic financial and Administrative insights to the Board and Senior Management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws, statutory and tax requirements, regulatory frameworks and internal controls while overseeing Human Resource Management and General Administration functions to ensure effective, efficient and accountable corporate operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Academic / Professional: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field from a university or institute approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka AND Fellow Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) / Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK / Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. (A Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management with at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial Position. Experience in financial management and administration within public sector institutions, state owned enterprise (SOE), or large corporations will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years
- Remuneration: Basic salary is Rs. 327,860.00 + Other Applicable Allowances
2. MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT [ CONTRACT BASIS ]
ROLE SUMMARY & KEY SCOPE
Responsible for Internal Audit function by developing and implementing a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with corporate objectives; oversee financial, operational, compliance and governance audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes; identify control weaknesses and recommend practical, value-adding improvements; prepare and present comprehensive audit reports and key findings to Senior Management and the Board/Audit Committee and liaise with auditors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Academic / Professional: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field from a university or institute approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka AND Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) / Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK / Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal Audits, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management, with at least 3 years in a Managerial Position. Experience in financial management and Auditing in public sector institutions, state owned enterprise (SOE), or large corporations will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
- Remuneration: Basic salary is Rs. 273,210.00 + Other Applicable Allowances
