Real Estate-Field Officer
Your Responsibilities
- Attend client appointments and property viewings.
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections.
- Acquire new properties for sale and rent.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients.
- Collect and verify property details, photos, and documents.
- Negotiate and coordinate between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and client requests.
- Prepare and submit field visit reports and updates.
Ideal Profile
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or Advanced Level (A/L).
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Sinhala; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Age: 20-35 years (or as per company requirement).
