Senior Freight & Shipping Process Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands how shipping documents and ERP data become transactions across customs, port and terminal operations.
What you will do
- Work directly with freight and shipping teams to understand Sea Import and Sea Export operations.
- Map document and ERP data into CUSDEC, CDN, container, port and terminal workflows.
- Identify repeated entry, validations, amendments, rejections and operational exceptions.
- Translate field-level shipping knowledge into clear requirements for AI Engineers.
- Support testing, UAT and production rollout across systems such as ASYCUDA, NAVIS/N4 and SLPA CMS.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs/clearance, NVOCC or shipping agency operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Sea Import and Sea Export, including customs, port and terminal processes.
- Comfortable with CUSDEC, CDN/cargo-dispatch workflows, BL/HBL/MBL, manifests and container documentation.
- Experience with ASYCUDA, NAVIS/N4, SLPA CMS or similar operational systems is strongly preferred.
- Able to spot where shipment data is copied, validated, corrected and entered repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site with client teams.
