Qualifications & Requirements
- Academic Qualification: GCE O/L, A/L
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management
- Computer literacy and operating skills in MS Excel / ERP systems
- Age between 18-30 years (Male candidates preferred)
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in inventory management or stock control
Job Role
- Key responsibility to maintain spare parts / raw materials inventory at stores. Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure all inventories (spare parts) are accurate, including perpetual and periodic inventory counts as required.
- Daily material preparation and issuing for repair & maintenance work based on all MRNs.
- Organizing and maintaining bin cards, 5S activities for material storing and issuing, with FIFO practices.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
