Colombo Colts Cricket Club is seeking a competent and experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for the effective management, administration and smooth functioning of the Club.

Who We are Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of managerial experience, with at least 2–4 years in a senior administrative/operational role.
- Prior exposure to sports management, club management, hospitality, or event operations will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
Your Role
- Provide leadership to all staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between staff and the Executive Committee, translating strategic directives into actionable plans.
- Ensure financial stability by planning and implementing effective revenue-generating strategies.
- Ensure the achievement of overall organizational objectives.
- Supervise staff performance, duty rosters, and service quality.
- Oversee events and special activities.
- Submit organizational reports to the Executive Committee as required.
- Selected candidate should possess the ability to develop a customer base and manage the staff in a efficient manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including peak days when required.
