Job Description
Circle Engineering PVT LTD is seeking a capable and detail-oriented professional to manage quantity surveying, project costing and commercial activities for our solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, variation claims and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses and cost variations.
- Verify site measurements and completed work.
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement teams, clients and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and prepare cost reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in solar, electrical or MEP projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD and quantity surveying software is preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites.
