AC Technician

Christell Group, a leading medical aesthetics and wellness brand with clinics across Colombo, Galle and the Maldives, is looking for a skilled and dependable AC Technician to join our in-house maintenance team.
You will keep the air conditioning across our branches running efficiently and reliably, so that every client and team member enjoys a comfortable environment, while also supporting our wider maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Carry out installation, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems across all company branches.
- 2. Troubleshoot AC breakdowns and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- 3. Inspect AC system performance, identify faults, and ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- 4. Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts requirements.
- 5. Assist with other company maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair work, as required.
- 6. Follow safety procedures and complete all assigned maintenance tasks within the specified time frames.
Qualifications & Experience
- • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- • Practical knowledge of AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
- • A reliable, hands-on team player with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
