Senior MLTs / Junior MLTs
(Medical Laboratory Technologists)
Candidate Profile
- Age above 25 years
- Graduate in Medical Laboratory Sciences with SLMC registration, or a Diploma in Chemistry
- Senior MLT: more than 5 years of hospital or accredited laboratory experience
- Junior MLT: 1-3 years of experience (Graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and patient safety
