Procurement Executive
Finco Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing IT company and a member of The Finco Group, is looking for a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations and tender submissions, ensuring all required documentation, specifications and approvals are completed and submitted on time.
- Obtain, evaluate and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor supplier contracts, maintenance agreements, software licenses and renewal dates.
- Coordinate with departments to identify and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, pending deliveries, supplier performance and procurement expenditure, and provide timely updates to management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Business Management, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with hands-on experience in government tenders.
- Experience in IT, technology, telecommunications or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of IT equipment and technology-related procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, quotation evaluation, tender documentation and supplier management.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines and coordinate effectively with multiple departments and suppliers.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
