Senior Executive - Warehouse & Logistics Operations

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing and coordinating end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Managing end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinating with suppliers, transporters, customers, warehouse, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure the timely movement of goods.
- Maintaining accurate WMS records, inventory records, and logistics documentation.
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and resolving delivery discrepancies, damages, returns, and stock-related issues.
- Monitoring logistics performance, service levels, safety standards, and transportation costs.
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitoring transportation and delivery schedules and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Preparing and monitoring operational reports, KPIs, and other logistics-related performance indicators.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
- Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation coordination, dispatch, and delivery processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
