Lead the Technology Behind Sri Lanka's Premier Gaming & Hospitality Experience
Bellagio Sri Lanka is looking for a strategic IT leader to own technology across our casino, hospitality, security and corporate operations, and to shape where it goes next.
MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

- Build and shape a capable team of IT professionals
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set and deliver the IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Keep critical systems available around the clock, including casino management, gaming, POS, ERP, HRIS and guest systems
- Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with gaming regulations and PCI DSS
- Drive key projects, integrations, cloud and disaster recovery initiatives
- Manage vendors, SLAs and IT budgets, with a focus on value and cost efficiency
- Advise senior management on technology investment and digital transformation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field essential
- A master's is an advantage
- 15+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Experience in casino, gaming, hotel or hospitality highly desirable
- Strong grasp of infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies and cloud
- A proven record in cybersecurity, IT audits and project delivery
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP, PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
