FINISHING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated Finishing Supervisor to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality and finish in our residential projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate finishing works (e.g. painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) in residential projects.
- Ensure works are completed according to quality standards, drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress, manage subcontractors and coordinate with the site team.
- Identify and resolve issues related to finishing works, materials and workmanship.
- Maintain proper records, daily reports and site documentation.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in finishing works, preferably in residential building projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, techniques and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools (preferred).
