KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant Manager
- Manage daily restaurant, kitchen, and housekeeping operations, including staff supervision and workflow.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with the procurement team.
- Monitor stock usage, wastage, inventory, and food-cost control.
- Ensure proper food preparation planning and service readiness.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational requirements.
- Ensure fast, efficient service across dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders.
- Identify operational issues and report requirements to management.
- Maintain staff discipline, productivity, and overall service standards.
Head Chef / Kitchen Operations Manager
(Preferably an Indian citizen with residence visa in Sri Lanka)
- Overall kitchen workflow and daily operations.
- Managing and coordinating chefs, cooks and kitchen cleaning staff.
- Staff training, attendance and productivity.
- Purchasing requirements.
- Stock usage, wastage and food-cost control.
- Hygiene, cleaning and food-safety compliance.
- Equipment and maintenance coordination.
- Making sure orders move quickly during dine-in, take-away and delivery.
- Reporting operational issues and requirements to management.
Waiters
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen team for timely service.
Restaurant Cleaning Assistant
- Keep the restaurant, dining area and surroundings clean and tidy.
- Clean tables, chairs, floors and facilities.
- Assist with dishwashing and utensils cleaning (as required).
- Ensure proper waste disposal.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Kitchen Cleaning Assistant
- Clean kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Organize and dispose of waste properly.
- Support kitchen staff in daily cleaning routines.
